Every day, Carrefour welcomes around 13 million customers around the world and is actively committed to quality and to more sustainable trade. Carrefour Taiwan was established in 1987, with hypermarkets opening up at a steady pace. The company developed multi-channel retail and operates nowadays 64 hypermarkets Carrefour, 64 supermarkets Carrefour Market, and one online shopping store with 12,000 associates!
In 2015, Carrefour Taiwan management decided to upgrade their existing weighing equipment to be more innovative and effective, to meet the demand of their business expanding. ACLAS took part in the project as one of the supplier candidates. With the abundant experience on supermarket system integration, clearly understand of Customer's requirements, and great team work, ACLAS was able to customize and fulfill all Carrefour TW’s requirements and even provided better suggestions to them. ACLAS then finished all the customized modifications and started pilot installing label scales in some of Carrefour stores. Satisfied with ACLAS’ flexibility on their requirements, excellent product reliability and smooth mutual communication, Carrefour finally selected ACLAS as their weighing scale supplier from many candidates. Thereafter, ACLAS made a swift and seamless integration with Carrefour existing system to upgrade the weighing equipment. So far, ACLAS LS2 Label scale has been installed in all the Carrefour stores in Taiwan.
